Accommodation and reservation policies
1. Prices are per room, per day.
2. Room reservations are subject to availability at
time of processing your request and can not be guaranteed until we have
received the required payment.
3. Any change of reservation is subject to
availability and re-listing fees.
4. In order to guarantee your room a deposit of 50% of
the total stay, which must be paid by credit card or debit card, via Pay Pal or
through a deposit or bank transfer is required.
5. The remaining 50% of your stay, the hotel may be
settled in cash, through credit and debit cards via Pay Pal or through a
deposit or bank transfer.
6. The room rates are subject to registration and guest
departure. Failure to comply with the schedule could generate additional
charges.
Check-in: 14:00 hrs (local time)
Check-out: 12:00 hrs. (Local time)
7. The rates apply are valid on the day of its
listing, if later quoted price variation may be due to the change subject to
different seasons.
8. In all cases, must respect the maximum capacity of
the room. Should include an extra guest charges additional person per day will
be generated.
Note: Additional guest should make use of available
space in the room. We do not have extra beds.
9. If traveling with your pet, you can stay, just
prior agreement and relevant additional fee per day will be charged.
10. We suggest you carefully read the cancellation
policies.
