1. At the time of payment of the advance requested,
you are accepting the terms and cancellation policies.
2. Cancellations must be reported to the following
email info@casajacintamexico.com In the mail must specify the following
information:
Reservation number.
Means by which made your reservation.
Name that was registered in the reserve.
Dates reserved.
Way to pay.
3. Cancellations made 7 (seven) days before your arrival
date will not generate any charge.
4. Cancellations made after 7 (seven) days
before your arrival date charge generated 50% of total stay.
5. Cancellation within 6 (six) days before your
arrival date will have no refund.
6. In large reservations involving more than 3 rooms and / or in long-term reservations, cancellations without charge will be up to one month before the date of Check-in,
after this term will generate the charge of 50% of the total the reservation in question.
REIMBURSEMENTS
1. In order to make refunds ask you when you apply for
cancellation include the bank details of the person who requested the
reservation.
2. If you have made your deposit through paypal,
reimbursement shall be made by this means also.
3. For reservations guaranteed with US Dollar (USD)
via paypal, the refund will be made by the same means in Pesos (MXN) according
to the exchange rate of the day when the reservation was made, discounting the
commission paypal if the reimbursement is made 60 days after the payment.
4. Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior
to the date of arrival and whose reimbursement is made via paypal are subject
to commissions it.
5. In all other cancellations refunds will be made 15
days after requesting the cancellation.
6. No refunds or any credit will be issued in case of
arrivals after the date set on reservations.
7. No refunds will be made or any credit will be
issued in the case of early departures.
8. Casa Jacinta Guest House will not be responsible
for any extra cost or inconvenience evacuation could arise due to natural
phenomena.
