1. At the time of payment of the advance requested, you are accepting the terms and cancellation policies.

3. Cancellations made 7 (seven) days before your arrival date will not generate any charge.
4. Cancellations made after 7 (seven) days before your arrival date charge generated 50% of total stay.
5. Cancellation within 6 (six) days before your arrival date will have no refund.
